ST Bespoke uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, discuss potential commissions, and provide the services you request. We do not sell personal information.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, service interest, timeline, and any optional city or message you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text message.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiry forms are processed by Netlify Forms and are available to ST Bespoke through its Netlify account. We use the information to respond to you and manage prospective client conversations. We review stored submissions periodically and delete information that is no longer needed for those purposes.

Email updates

If you separately subscribe for updates, your email address is submitted to Mailchimp for trunk-show dates, new fabrics, and occasional ST Bespoke updates. Mailchimp manages subscription preferences and unsubscribe requests. Subscribing is optional and is not required to send an inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or other non-essential analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before the new measurement is enabled.

Your choices and questions

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, or ask a privacy question, by emailing Ted@STBespoke.com. We may retain limited information where needed to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.

This operational privacy notice should be reviewed by ST Bespoke’s legal adviser before publication to confirm that it reflects actual data handling and applicable law.
